Oh, what was America doing speaking to the Chechen criminals ?? Sorry, that was just chatter, more hearsay then fact. But why is America asking Russia to negoitate with Chechen folks ??
America cannot afford to piss Russia off. Eurupoe needs to create the C4I strategy for combatting Global terrorism. Russia plays a big part in this.
