| By Meg on Pups Buddy, the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel ehibits picture-perfect puppy-dog eyes and puffy schnozzle. I have to ask you guys, though—there should be a name for the puffy area around the nose—you know, the place where whiskers eminate?! it's so prosh—what is that area called? Is it cheek puff?
