Yahoo Rejects MSFT Bid

JasonCalacanis  and Me , near practically seed the same thought on twitter. Literally Seconds away. Chatter is pouring in that Yahoo has rejected Microsoft offer of $44.6Billion stating that  its "Yahoo's board has decided Microsoft's $31-per-share offer "massively undervalues" .

WSJ was the first to break the story.  IMHO,  Microsoft may have to make an offer as high as $37 to seal the deal
